Told we would have to make our own way back from the station, a driver would take us there but couldn't pick us up!! Why would we do this as a taxi would be expensive and this had never happened before. in the end we had a lift back!

Contacted me in good time to arrange a service appointment and then sent a reminder close to the date. The car was serviced quickly, efficiently and returned clean and shiny. The service advisor was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

they adjusted the drivers door stay so it doesn’t squeak - but there were no other obvious problems with the car when I took it in - and certainly none when I collected it

Service was fine and I liked the clean car but the following day I was disappointed to notice a slow puncture; nail in tyre at join of tread and tyre wall so I had to get a new tyre. I can't be sure it happened in the garage but quite a coincidence..

Purchase fairly straightforward though do feel that Partridge could make the customer feel more special by touches that the Ford garage we have bought from always gives - flowers when picking up the car, offering a drink when visiting the garage etc

Booked in service by phone a couple of weeks before hand. Arrived at garage to be told it wasn't booked in. They fitted me in. I wasn't told what was done, except that they had cleaned my car, which wasn't that good.

During service mentioned that brake pad but not needed immediately so I did not go ahead. Next day control panel started to flash that brake pad needs replacement and should be replaced. Spoke to service dept, told someone would call back- no call
