Just one complaint . Not enough slots avaiable to get car collected for Service . Not experienced this before ! . Car Reg HMv61 HNZ.Bought New from EastleighWas only collection in my area on a Monday ! & when I phoned next slot was in 4 weeks time !
Although I missed my appointment time, the service staff were very helpful and managed to get me in, didn't have to wait that long.

Overall very good but I have say I could not believe £40 to change a rear bulb!
When I arrived the service lady was busy but I was ignored by the three sales men who were laughing and joking. After five minutes I approached them and asked to be served. Not good
It is great driving my little car. It's like a big tonker toy which is always ready to go. It looks really cool and feel big inside
The roof was cleaned well but I was a little disappointed to pay £50 +VAT as the car has Protect X and is less than 5 months old, but this hadn't stopped bird lime marking the roof. Plus only the roof was cleaned!
They kept the car for a further day to complete a recall part swap,with the service and MOT which was rather inconvenient asI hadn't been notified beforehand, but they delivered the car backwhich was helpful.

The staff at Partridge did a great job - from booking, to fitting in with my schedule, to delivering the car back lovely and clean (it wasn't when I delivered it to Partridge!); and it's now running better too (of course).
Staff were brilliant and when we picked the car up it was really exciting
Living on the Isle of Wight and never having driven on the mainland Sue collected me from the ferry terminal and then drove my new car with me to the terminal for my return
Obtaining new part (airbag control) took more than 7-10 days, however Enterprise car was supplied. Some issues with this (Enterprise) but overall ok. .
Again my reasons are the same as in Question 1 - Friendly, professional, efficient and thoughtful.
