The sales and after sales service provided by Partridge is second to none. Jack took us smoothly through each step in the sales process and was able to answer any queries I had about any aspect of the car being bought and the dealership services.

This question relates to the place I purchased the mini where the sales person was excellent. However, if you asked about the experience of buying the mini then I would have said it is too complex with far too many forms to complete.

The service of your customer facing staff is exceptional. The quality of your work is excellent. But your prices for simple jobs are very high, and add on costs like £18 to dispose of the old brake fluid are criminal.

charged for my service which was part of inclusive service plan I was told it'd be honoured even though I was 200 miles +. This happened because the team at Eastleigh tried to sell me more servicing instead of telling me of my inclusive remaining

Caroline was amazing and lovely. One thing I would say is, I said yes to the free cleaning and hoover inside. I could tell they cleaned the outside and hoovered inside but then got in it with dirty shoes to dive it round to me. But it was free.
