Sales staff went through everything

The attention to detail from Ben, who looked after us from start to finish, was outstanding. I did not feel at all pressurised throughout the whole process, and appreciated his patience.

Ricky (my advisor) was excellent throughout - friendly, helpful, knowledgable and made the whole experience a pleasure rather than a worrying task. Picking the car up was so exciting and the 'surprises' during this process were just brilliant.

All seems fine and good to get MOT video. In my email reminder about my MOT and brake service I was told I would only be charged half price for the MOT (as I was having the service) but that didn't happen. Disappointed about that.

The only reason its not a 5 star rating is on my first experience i arrived took use of the courtesy car only to be contacted an hour later stating unfortunately the part to fix my car hadnt been delivered, so I returned the car and collected mine??

AS this was the first service, I rang in to book. Surprised that I did not receive any email confirmation for my booking. That said, being able to book a service quickly and a 2 hour waiting apt was great (no having to go home & come back again!).

I would have given 5 * for the service but the on-line booking service through the App is a complete nightmare and I had to phone in the end. Even when the booking was confirmed the App got it wrong. Apparently BMW is to blame, poor excuse.

I had a major service & was still expected to pay £50 for the vehicle check. Even though most items checked in the VCS are already included in the major service. The tyres, seatbelts etc were checked in MOT. I paid £50 for a light to be switched off

Unfortunately the piece of trim that was fitted failed so the car has to go back. As a warranty issue it is to be a full day appointment. I have a courtesy car booked but it would have been better not to have this issue

Lots of awkward and disjointed processes. Long winded emails and documents to review Incorrectly documenting important details such as delivery dates and owners name. Communication to say car is ready to collect but should be delivered.
