Lovely experience collecting the car, which i hadn't expected. Advisor was helpful in explaining how to set up my access to the vehicle and the process of signing documents was efficient.

When I was describing the car I wanted Chris quickly recognised it was the one in the showroom, he managed to turn it around super quickly for me so I don't have to wait weeks/months to pick up my new car.

Car was dirty , came direct from the holding compound. Had manufacturer paint on windscreen. Been stored in a muddy field by the looks of it. Team were very evasive about delivery time , which wasn't until 7 pm - due to the lorry breaking down

Very satisfied Ricky couldn't have done anything further. He kept us up to date at all times as we had requested a specific date for delivery. He managed to deliver the Mini on this date and made the delivery very special.

Generally happy with work carried out. Received phonecall stating my Mini had failed due to rear camera partially blocking rear reg plate and they couldn't see how it was wired in. My son and a friend looked at it neither mechanics and saw (cont)

All my expectations were met....I was warmly welcomed by Esther who booked me in and kindly provided me with a coffee. My car had new front tyres fitted, was valeted and had a survey performed to confirm the work required for my upcoming MOT/service.

When I picked up my car I was told it had been vacuumed inside. However, when I got into the car, it hadn't been touched which was very annoying. (N/B The outside of the car wasn't washed due to the weather which was perfectly understandable)

I was upset that as soon as I left the service center the signs of low pressure of car tyres came up. When the car reaches a center, why wasn't the tyre pressures checked?I just felt it was poor in the part of the assessment.
