The original work of changing wheels and accompanying sensors was completed on schedule, but the sensors failed after 10 miles. The Centre went into action immediately and arranged to collect the car and sort out the problem.

The main repair was well done. The mobile phone charger still does not work on my new, 3 month old phone. The valet was poor internally. Crisp fragments and sand still remaining. The boot was not vacuumed at all.

The factory recall was scheduled to last one day but over ran until the following morning which was very inconvenient. Partridges do need to employ drivers to fetch and return as was done by Scotthall.

The cost of recommending works to be done added to £700 (brakes) which upset my daughter as she panicked and thought the work had to be done on that day. Rather than waiting. Clearer billing or highlight this added cost when dropping the car off.

The service of your customer facing staff is exceptional. The quality of your work is excellent. But your prices for simple jobs are very high, and add on costs like £18 to dispose of the old brake fluid are criminal.
