The whole experience was superb. Our salesperson Rowan was brilliant. Love someone who picks up the phone rather than just email - he's a star. The manager also came in to say hello on pick up day - you felt they really cared about you as a customer.

The app it did not recognise that we have a service plan for the vehicle. When we went to collect the car the mechanic was running late on a road test because of a burst water main. Despite these, the staff were unstressed, friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do with the service, but the MMI screen broke and it cost me £180 to tekll me that it was not worth repairing as the reparir is disproportionate to the value of the car.

The lady on reception was lovely. I was booked in for a waiting appointment and she showed me where everything was that I'd need during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities available. Car was ready on time. Car wash was poor.

Generally everything appeared satisfactory with the service and communication. However, I was shocked to discover that money had been stolen from the car and although I was reimbursed it did not seem to be taken seriously and I felt fobbed off.

This is the third mini we have brought from Partridge Mini and have to say this time was the best time. Ricky Lopes was so helpful and not at all pushy. He gave us lots of clear information and showed me many functions of the car. Great service.
