Partridge Eastleigh and particularly Ben Sillence were excellent, great service as always. We did have issues with Mini UK and the production of finance paperwork which pick up of vehicle for 2 weeks.

Chris Holder was auburn throughout the whole process. He was informative, patient and very helpful. He didn't over sell the products but was really proud of the product. He kept us informed of delivery and spent time explaining how the car works.

This question relates to the place I purchased the mini where the sales person was excellent. However, if you asked about the experience of buying the mini then I would have said it is too complex with far too many forms to complete.

Was 5 star until we collected the car. We wanted to collect on 01/05 but were persuaded to collect on 30/04. We asked repeatedly about car tax and told we would get a full 12 months. Checked on gov website and it renews 01/04/27. We were lied to.

Staff were great, offered a coffee as soon as I walked in and got sat down. Esther was fabulous, kept me updated right through and managed to get my tyre changed even though originally there was no time slots.

Very happy with the support given by Ben Sillence at Partridge in Eastleigh, very good indeed.. we did however have significant issues with Mini Uk and an IT issue that delayed various documents to conclude our purchase, this was frustrating.

Caroline was amazing and lovely. One thing I would say is, I said yes to the free cleaning and hoover inside. I could tell they cleaned the outside and hoovered inside but then got in it with dirty shoes to dive it round to me. But it was free.
