Lots of awkward and disjointed processes. Long winded emails and documents to review Incorrectly documenting important details such as delivery dates and owners name. Communication to say car is ready to collect but should be delivered.

All seems fine and good to get MOT video. In my email reminder about my MOT and brake service I was told I would only be charged half price for the MOT (as I was having the service) but that didn't happen. Disappointed about that.
