This question relates to the place I purchased the mini where the sales person was excellent. However, if you asked about the experience of buying the mini then I would have said it is too complex with far too many forms to complete.

The main repair was well done. The mobile phone charger still does not work on my new, 3 month old phone. The valet was poor internally. Crisp fragments and sand still remaining. The boot was not vacuumed at all.

The factory recall was scheduled to last one day but over ran until the following morning which was very inconvenient. Partridges do need to employ drivers to fetch and return as was done by Scotthall.

The cost of recommending works to be done added to £700 (brakes) which upset my daughter as she panicked and thought the work had to be done on that day. Rather than waiting. Clearer billing or highlight this added cost when dropping the car off.

The service of your customer facing staff is exceptional. The quality of your work is excellent. But your prices for simple jobs are very high, and add on costs like £18 to dispose of the old brake fluid are criminal.

Caroline was amazing and lovely. One thing I would say is, I said yes to the free cleaning and hoover inside. I could tell they cleaned the outside and hoovered inside but then got in it with dirty shoes to dive it round to me. But it was free.
