As above. Staff don't seem to have time for you. I was stood waiting in mini when I wanted to book in my service. 3 men who worked there were laughing around eating chocolate! It took 10 minutes for someone to approach me...

Raj was ok but Ellie got things wrong like telling us that features were on the car which were not. If we had known we would have taken the navigation plus pack but we were told this would have only provided a slightly bigger screen.

I had to chase the car at the end of Jan, having heard nothing when I was told by Manager Stuart that the car was built and standing somewhere as I did not want it until March (not true). I was chased by CARWOW as dealer telling them no order. cont

The only part that is of any note at this garage is Jenny who is extremely helpful and does her best under difficult circumstances with a car that has had numerous issues.

I bought my mini through a carwow deal. The sales process went quite well but the fulfilment was appalling. The young sales woman was a trainee. It became apparent that she was not being managed and was out of her depth. Appalling process.

After the service, I was advised a £180 charge was applicable without receiving a quote either at the time of booking or even when I took the car in to Partridge for the service. I was not advised beforehand that the car's TLC package had expired.

They gave me a full update on what needed doing plus topped the oil up and gave the car a wash. Lovely.Staff are all nice and polite too.

Quite disappointed with the service, there was an issue with the car following the service and was I left without a car for one day and stranded at the showroom when I returned the car. I had to pay for a train for work and then a taxis home from the

Original service & mot cancelled due to staff shortage. Also arranged was the fitting of 2 new tyres on your previous recommendation, a new furrel for the hand brake and a corner clip for the netting in the boot. Service rearranged for another week.
