I travelled 38 miles to go to Partridge rather than my local dealer. My service was professional, great customer service and well handled with COVID limitations.
Tom, Jason and the team were very helpful and sorted out the issue with my mini very quickly. Loved the mini service video! I was kept informed regularly about everything that was happening and very polite customer service by everyone
Could not fault the help and assistance I received from James Clark. He helped me all the way through the process and kept me up to date with how my build was progressing, right up to hand over day. He was a joy with deal with.

It was great to receive a video of the MOT walk-round of the vehicle by the MOT tester. Usually you don't get to see under your vehicle in particular.

Carried out the service very efficiently and I was kept informed at all times.
There was some confusion at start, staff weren't expecting me to drop off that day. I was told that there is a warranty on the roof that had been replaced (as per re-call) but no-one could tell me how long that warranty is valid.
Felt well looked after they also accommodated the fact I had to have an MoT, which meant I did not have to return a few weeks later
Kept informed during the whole day. Was able to drop car off the night before and pick up at the end of the day.

It was a lot quicker to hand in keys as it was a done outside, usually you have had to go into the mini centre and wait to be seen which in the past has been over half an hour. Kept up to date with vehicle check, MOT and service . Easy to collect
