First service completed promptly and two warrantee issues fixed. Had to leave the car there overnight though.

Sue Cook was so good , really nice lady , kept us updated on the car , we got looked after when we were in the showroom. Really professional & understanding on our needs.
Did what I expected when I expected it
Service took over 2 hrs when told it would be an hour, the car was left unattended until I pointed out an hour and a half later no one had done anything. Had a complementary MOT offered when needed and told this would be confirmed by email, no email
Took two visits to correct problem.
The problem was fixed, but being a brand new car it was disappointing that it need to go in so soon. I also had to wait over a month to get the car booked in.
They did everything that was required and in the given time frame.

I was very disappointed that I did not receive a reminder that my MOT was due (which I have before). When I mentioned it to the staff on the day of the service/MOT they said, "no we don't do that any more". I actually wrote to you online. No reply

Poor service experience. Broke lockable wheel nuts. Not contacted me that ordered replacements are available for collection. Rear brake pad sensor still showing only 2,000 miles left despite new pads being fitted. Not responded to email sent.

I understood my service was part of the TLC package. I felt that it was unlikely I needed a gear box oil change as I recently had a new gear box fitted 6 months ago. I did not feel they were honest about the fact I would be charged.
I was kept up to date at all times and everything was explained fully.

When I was told it was ready I still had to wait a long time. They forgot to put the service book in the car. When they returned it and I was home I discovered it had not been filled in so it had to be returned again.

No communication, had to call the dealer many times, no calls returned. When booked, asked for parts to be ordered in advance, appears to have been completely ignored and had to wait for parts without vehicle
My last service the customer service was non existen , this time my faith has been restored a little, there was someone to help me straight away and then completed the service while i waited in good time. Instructions are needed for drinks machine!
Tyre pressures were not checked after I asked them to be as the warning light was on
